A few things you need to know when you hire the venue and catering
- Minimum 30 guests and maximum 200 guests.
- A Room Hire Deposit must be paid to confirm your booking.
- Please confirm Room Hire with Club Manager (09 5244094).
- Room hire includes setup and cleaning costs.
- Catering numbers must be confirmed 5 days prior to the function.
- All payments must be made in full a day before the function.
- Add 2.50 % to the total Bill for any credit card payment made.
- All drinks must be purchased from our bar and paid for at the end of the day.
- Bar services, DJ, music etc strictly until midnight and no later
- Over 200 parking spaces available
- We can take care of DJ , Decorations , Photos , videos etc
- Kids 5-10 are half price, 0-4 are free
- Chair covers black or white with chair band $4.00 + gst each
- Black or White napkins $2.00 + gst each
